A relaxed, obligation-free chat is your first step toward a well-designed home. In this short call, we learn about your renovation goals, floor plan challenges and lifestyle needs. Whether you're downsizing, navigating a family transition or planning a full Melbourne home renovation, we guide you to the right interior design service with clear next steps.

A 90-minute working session on-site where we walk through each space, discuss flow, layout, colour, lighting and priorities. You’ll receive clear, actionable advice tailored to your lifestyle and budget.

This consult helps you avoid costly renovation mistakes and gives you a clear design direction — ideal for Melbourne homeowners, downsizers and anyone seeking a fresh start.

After our initial meeting, we’ ll send you a fee proposal outlining the design process, scope of work, and our design fee. If you’re ready to move forward, we ask for a 50% payment with the balance due before our final presentation. That payment will confirm your start date on our schedule.

In our next meeting, we’ll present a preliminary design concept that includes floor-plan options, considered furniture layouts, custom joinery concepts, colour stories, finishes and furniture recommendations. You’ll share your feedback before we move into the final design phase.

Every decision is intentional, improving both the function and feel of your home. You’ll clearly see how your space can look, work and flow.

As part of the concept stage, we work closely with you to obtain feedback and refine your design. You’ll be able to explore samples of all of the paint colours, materials and finishes within your budget.

We finalise the Design Concept Document completing this phase.

We liaise with trusted Melbourne trades and suppliers overseeing communication so your renovation stays aligned with the design concept and runs smoothly from start to finish.

We bring your new interior to life with furniture installation, styling, artwork placement and layered finishing touches.

With your permission, we’ll take professional photos for our portfolio.
